<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a coil for a high frequency electric apparatus of excellent dielectric characteristics and of better insulating characteristics by using styrene- butadiene insulating varnish. CONSTITUTION:Such as styrene-butadiene copolymer and styrene-butadiene- acrylonitrile copolymer are used as styrene-butadiene insulating varnish and are used independently or mixed. These styrene-butadiene resin are adjusted to a desired concentration with cresol sylene or mixture thereof and made into styrene-butadiene insulating varnish. The styrene-butadiene varnish can be applied on a conductor directly or through other insulating materials, but it is preferable that it is used through an insulating substrate on the conductor to coat, that is, double coating.</p> |
