PURPOSE:To prevent noise by securing a noise-proof layer composed of a sheet of viscous resilient material onto the non-engageable face fo engaging parts such as a rail to be engaged with an rotary part such as a wheel. CONSTITUTION:A viscous resilient layers composed of thin plate of viscous resilient material or buthyl rubber thin plate layers 2a, 2b are secured onto the non- engageable face or the sideface of a rotary member such as a steel wheel 1 then metal plate layers 3a, 3b made of surface treated steel plate are adhered integrally. Consequently, double-structure noise-proof layer of viscous resilient layer and metal plate layer is formed to exhibit the vibration damping function. |
