PURPOSE:To avoid the competition in plural nodes by allowing each node to generate a time-out value of a transmission right supervisory timer detecting missing of each token based on the own node address on a ring network. CONSTITUTION:Equipments 16, 17-21 having a processing function are connected respectively to nodes 10, 11-15 in a ring circuit network having a node addressed to the nodes 10, 11-15. Suppose that the node 15 transmits a token on a ring and the token is missing between the nodes 12 and 13, the node 13 detects the time-out of transmission right earlier by a prescribed time T0 than by the node 14, constitutes the token and transmits the result to a ring circuit network. in deciding largely the T0 than the time required for restoration of the transmission right of the node, it is avoided that the node 14 detects the timeout of transmission right. |
