<p>PURPOSE:To improve performance by disposing a support cylinder formed by laminating a plurality of wire nets at random in a chamber where a separating member is contracted. CONSTITUTION:A support cylinder 29 disposed in a chamber (b) where a separating member 25 is contracted is formed by laminating a plurarity of wire nets n1-n3. Thus, the support cylinder 29 can have substantially uniform through holes on the whole peripheral surface thereof, and flow resistance is diminished to exhibit high performance as an accumulator for absorbing pulsation and attain high operation efficiency as a transfer barrier. Furthermore, the separating member 25 is completely kept from being pushed, so that the separating member 25 can be completely protected.</p> |
