PURPOSE:To enable to let a valve stably block a connecting port even when a float vibrates severely due to the shaking of the level of working liquid in a liquid receiver tank and consequently to transmit heat stably by a structure wherein a float and the shaft of a valve are separated from each other. CONSTITUTION:A valve 14 does not fixed to a float 12 or a shaft and the float are in a state separated from each other. Consequently, even when working liquid 1 flows in a liquid storage tank 6 at large flow rate and consequently the float 12 vibrates severely due to the shaking of the level of the working liquid 1, the valve 14 keeps a connecting port 11 in a closed-up state until the shaft 13 comes into contact with the float 12 after the liquid level exceeds the predetermined height. Accordingly, the stable flow of the working liquid can be obtained, resulting in enabling to perform the heat transmission also under the stable state. |
