PURPOSE:A surface-roughened film having good dullness and light transmission and large adhesiveness to a metallized layer, prepared by melt-extruding a mixture of an ethylene component-based polymer and an ethylene/propylene random copolymer into a film. CONSTITUTION:A film is formed by melt-extruding a mixture of (A) about 5- 35wt% polymer component H having 80wt% or above ethylene component, (B) about 40-95wt% propylene (and/or butene-1)/ethylene random copolymer component R and (C) other olefin polymer component in a total amount of 100wt%. The limiting viscosity, (eta)H, of polymer component H is 1.5-10dl/g and the difference between the limiting viscosities of polymer components H and R [(eta)H- (eta)R] is 0-9.8dl/g. |
