PURPOSE:To manufacture easily a rubber form having a cave shape whose fidelity is high, by a method wherein the surface of a master form is coated with a heat vulcanization rubber material layer, which is heated up to the vulcanization temperature of the rubber material under a state wherein the external surface of the rubber material layer is coated by a back up material layer. CONSTITUTION:A heat vulcanization silicone rubber material is made to stick to the whole area of the external surface of a master form 1 so as to coat the whole area, through which a silicone rubber material layer 21 whose thickness is about uniform is formed. Then the whole external surface of the silicone rubber material layer 21 is coated with a gypsum layer 22 whose thickness is appropriate. The above article is heat-treated by heating the same up to a vulcanization temperature of the silicone rubber material while the same is being kept as it is, the master form 1 is removed by cutting a cured rubber layer 23 open upon crushing and removal of the gypsum layer 22 after that and a rubber form M wherein a form cave S corresponding to a cave shape is formed is manufactured by providing an appropriate back up material 25 further. With this construction, the rubber form having a cave shape whose fidelity to a shape of the master form is high can be manufactured easily. |
