A closure member 6 is arranged at the end of a stem 6a mounted so as to slide in a fixed guide 8 integrally connected to the walls of the hydraulic chamber to be controlled, interacting with a seat 5 and returned to the latter by a spring 7. The discharge channel 3, 3a thus formed with its closure member has a branch upstream of the seat 5 which leads to the space or annular clearance between the guide 8 and the stem 6a to form a drainage duct with a high head loss.
