PURPOSE:To form a connection to a driving circuit in a low arrangement density, and to make the connection to the driving circuit easily by defining an electrode tip with arranging the one end of all wire rods on a straight line, and securing by an insulating body, and securing the other end of equal length wire rods by the insulating body each other. CONSTITUTION:A first wire rod 8 is wound on a spool 1 with a tape shaped separation member 6 is laminated on it and with a two times pitch of a necessary electrode pitch. Further, a second wire rod 9 is wound between the wire rods 8 with a second tape shaped separation member 7 is laminated on a different place from the separation member 6. After a winding is completed a top force 3 is applied, and a resin for securing is poured into a space 4 in a state that the wire rods 8, 9 are standing side by side alternately. The wire rods are secured each other with sections which will become electrode tips maintaining required pitches. Therafter, only the wire rod 9 is secured each other on the separation member 7 and only the wire rod 9 is cut on a line indicated by 10-10 so that the wire 8 is not cut. Thereafter, after the wire rod 9 is removed from the separation member 6, the wire rod 8 is cut along a line 11-11, with the wire rod 8 being secured on the separation member 6 each other. |
