HEATING CONTROL DEVICE FOR COOKING UNIT

PURPOSE:To enable an accurate control to be performed even if a material quality of container is made different by a method wherein a set temperature in a heating control device for an electric heating device and the like is corrected in reference to a difference between a peak temperature to be sensed after the starting of heating operation and the predetermined temperature. CONSTITUTION:A micro-computer 9 is inputted with a temperature adjusting level set by a variable resistor 11 when a switch 9 is turned ON, a temporary set temperature T0 is set and stored in a first memory means 9a. A heating means 3 is kept in its turned-ON condition until a container temperature T sensed by a temperature sensing element 5 exceeds more than the temporary set temperature T0. When the temperature T0, the heating means 3 is turned OFF, an over shooting is measured and the measurement is repeated until the temperature T is started to decrease and then a peak value TP is calculated. The temporary set temperature T0 is corrected to a temperature T1 in reference to a difference TP-T0 between the peak value TP and the temporary set temperature T0 and subsequently it is controlled with a temperature T1. With this arrangement, it is made possible to get a stable and correct control even if a material quality of the container is different.
