摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reflection characteristics, contrast and connection strength of reflection electrode line in a simple structure by forming the reflection electrode line having an adhesion layer and a surface layer, forming the surface layer from Al as the main component, and specifying its reflectance. SOLUTION: The reflection electrode line 16 consists of an adhesion layer 14 in the lower layer side and a surface layer 13 in the upper layer side, and the surface layer 13 is an Al layer essentially comprising Al such as an Al layer containing Al2O3 or an Al alloy essentially comprising Al, and for example, Al alloys such as Al-Mg alloy, Al-Mn alloy, Al-Mg-Si alloy, Al-Cu alloy, Al-Cu-Si alloy and Al-Si alloy are preferable considering the corrosion resistance and conductivity. When an Al layer containing Al2O3 is formed, Al2O3 is preferably included by 0.5 to 10 wt.% in the compsn. The reflectance in the regular reflection direction on the surface layer 13 is 60 to 90%, and high contrast and high brightness can be obtd. in this range of reflectance. Moreover, the thickness of the surface layer 13 is preferably >=1μm.
