PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting control device capable of controlling a light quantity of an LED in a multi-beam image drawing/recording apparatus using the LED wherein a circuit section for controlling the light quantity of the LED is not affected by noise generated from a circuit section for activating the LED to emit a light or a circuit section for controlling on/off of the LED. SOLUTION: This light-emitting control device 100 consists of a circuit section 2 for controlling a quantity of a light emitted from an image drawing LED 32, a circuit section 3 for activating the image drawing LED 32 to emit a light and a circuit section 4 for controlling on/off of the image drawing LED 32. Each of the circuit sections is electrically separated from the other by a photocoupler 20 or a driver 40 and is coupled to a different power source 21, 31, 41, respectively.
