METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYESTER FILM RESIN COATED METAL PLATE

Polyester resin film heated above a its melting point, is laminated onto a metal plate. The laminated metal plate is then quenched. The polyester resin film is manufactured with a treatment of saturated carboxyl acid and saturated polyalcohol. The highest surface temperature of the laminated polyester resin film is sustained at Ts - 20≦̸C below the starting temperature Ts of the endothermic reaction. The metal plate is surface-treated iron non surface-treated iron or an aluminium plate. The temperature of the heated metal plate is maintained in the range of Tm-Tm+160 above the melting point Tm of the polyester resin by induction heating or by resistance heating.
