The central track 2 comprises a multitude of axial grooves 9, whilst the driving cage 1 is provided with oblique incisions 5 each enclosing a roller 4 which is elastically loaded against the central track. The bearing force exerted by the wall 5b of each incision 5 on the corresponding roller 4 wedges this roller against the groove so as to drive the central track when the cage rotates in the direction of the arrow F whilst its rotation in the opposite direction allows the operation as a free wheel.
