PURPOSE:To transfer and heat stably uniformly bottles in a furnace by supporting horizontally and rotatably transferring the bottles with a transfer screw and a holding member respectively formed with screw grooves having pitch same as and reverse to each other. CONSTITUTION:Ampuls 50 or the like are transferred through a tunnel 4 of a sterilizing furnace 1 to be heated for sterilization. In this case a transfer device is constituted from a transfer screw 20 and a holding member for respectively receiving a shell 51 and a head 52 of the ampul 50 or the like to hold the ampul 50 or the like horizontally. And said screw 20 and member 30 are formed respectively with screw grooves 21, 31 which are set to have pitch same as and reverse to each other. Also, the peripheral side face 11 of a guide bar 10 bears against the bottom face 53 of the ampul 50 or the like to regulate the center of gravity of the ampul 50 or the like so that said center is located on the axis of the transfer screw 20. Further, the guide bar 10 is rotated in the same direction as said screw 20 and the holding member 30 in the opposite direction to said screw 20. |
