PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a battery using time and to breaks the supply of gas when a battery is not replaced for a predetermined time to enhance safety. SOLUTION: The battery using time is measured by a battery using time measuring means 10 and it is detected that the battery using time reaches the time set by a battery using period setting means 11, by a comparing means 12. When the battery using period is judged to be over and it is detected that a predetermined time is elapsed by a time measuring means 14, the gas-blast circuit breaker is operated to stop the subsequent supply of gas.
