PURPOSE:To obtain an Ni base alloy member for reactor superior in irradiation brittleness resistance and stress corrosion cracking resistance by solution trating the Ni base alloy having a specified compsn., then cold working at recrystallization temp. or below, next, applying two steps aging treatment. CONSTITUTION:An alloy consisting of by weight 14-25% Cr, <=30% Fe, 0.2- 2% Al, 0.5-6% Ti, 0.7-5% Nb and the balance Ni with inevitable impurities is melted. The Ni base alloy is solution treated at >=950 deg.C, then is cold worked at recrystallization temp. or below by 60-70% reduction ratio, further, is age treated intermediately at 900-950 deg.C for <=24hr. At last, the final aging treatment is applied under the condition in the range of a region M in a figure indicating the relation betwen aging temp. and time. In this way, the Ni base alloy member having the structure in which gamma' phase having 100-300Angstrom diameter, 10<21>-10<23>m<-3> density are precipitated in recrystallized grains is obtained. The alloy member can be used under circumstance exposed to >=10<20>nvt neutron irradiation in reactor.
