<p>PURPOSE:To improve the hermetically closing function of valve portion, as well as to obtain the responce of higher accuracy as the result of preventing the penetration of gas, and reising both heat-rasistant and wear-resistant properties, by forming a bladder and valve portion with a superelastic alloy material. CONSTITUTION:In an accumulator body 1, a vacant space 2 is divided into two parts, room A and room B, by installing therein a bladder 5 made of a superelastic alloy such as Cu-Al-Ni alloy, Ni-Ti alloy, etc. A fixing portion 6 at the open end of the bladder 5 is fixed to the connecting portion of body 1 via a fixing means 8, and the center portion of bladder 5 is thickened to become a valve portion 9 which comes in close contact with a valve seat 7. The bladder 5 is impervious to gas to maintain an accumulating function for a long time, can be applied for high temperature liquid, because of its wear-resistant and heat-resistant properties as a metal, and has an excellent response capability because of the abundant elasticity. Being made of a superelastic alloy, the valve portion 9 is excellent in seating and hermetical, characteristics with the valve seat 7, and when it comes beyond a limit as a superelatic alloy the properties as a metal is displayed to close securely the valve.</p> |
