Method for producing a light panel formed by electroluminescent diodes electrically connected to metal strips, which strips are then assembled side by side in a housing in order to constitute a network of diodes surmounted by a network of optical concentrators. Method in which the mounting of the diodes 2 is effected on a metal comb 5, then a localised overmoulding 3 of the diodes is produced by a transparent resin which integrates the teeth of the comb 11, 12 after which the transverse bars 13, 13a of the comb are removed and the comb is sectioned into segments of appropriate lengths. Application to signal lights on the roadside and on motor vehicles. <IMAGE>
