PURPOSE:A plastic comprising white pigment, yellow pigment, a thermosetting resin, and a carbon fiber base material, capable of checking defects caused by disturbance of content of carbon black and of orientation by a macroscopic test when it is used as a member for airplanes and cars. CONSTITUTION:White pigment and/or yellow pigment is blended with a thermosetting resin, and a carbon fiber base material. Titanium white, chrome yellow, etc. are used as the pigment, and an amount of it used is 0.2-5wt% based on the resin.
