PURPOSE:To easily carry out the combustion control without using power by burning fuel between the lower tip end of a fuel supplier and a fire grate and at peripheral side portion, and naturally supplying the fuel which is burnt out gradually from the upper part of the fuel supplier. CONSTITUTION:A fuel supplier 9 which supplies fuel 5 to a combustion chamber 6 from the outside is of a cylindrical shape having a required section and size, and the fuel is injected thereinto from the upper part of the fuel supplier 9. The lower tip end portion of the suplier 9 is apart from a fire grate 4 of a suitable configuration at a predetermined distance 7. The fuel filled in the fuel supplier 9, introduced and burnt, is burnt between the lower tip end portion of the fuel supplier and the fire grate 4, and at the peripheral side portion 10. The fuel which burns out by the combustion if naturally supplied as shown by arrow gradually from the upper part so as to control the fuel such that the fuel makes primary combustion within the incinerator.
