PURPOSE:To contrive cost down and reliability improvement of a coil bobbin by automatically winding a coil and connecting the end of the winding in the assembly of the coil bobbin providing a connector which externally connects the wound coil winding in a fit construction on the bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A connector receptacle 15 which externally connects each end 4a of a coil winding 4 is provided on the flanges 2a, 2a of a bobbin 2 and the connector receptacle 15 is connected to a connector plug 16 which is connected to an external lead wire 6. The circumference of the flanges 2a, 2a are inserted in the grooves 15b, 15b of the connector receptacle 15 with a fit construction, the projected parts 2d, 2d of the flanges 2a, 2a are inserted in the recessed parts 15c, 15c of the connector receptacle 15, the lateral play of the connector receptacle 15 is limited by guides 2e, 2e and the connector receptacle 15 is fixed on the flanges 2a, 2a. Meanwhile, the connector receptacle 15 is provided vertically with three connector pins 17A-17C and the lower ends of the connector pins 17A- 17C are connected to each end 4a of the coil winding 4. |
