PURPOSE:To smooth the motion of grinding machine thus to achieve smooth surface finish by fixing a dust collection duct to a moving truck while coupling the dust collection car and the dust collection duct indirectly through a wind tunnel section provided on the surface of water. CONSTITUTION:Upon motion of truck 2 as the polishing work proceeds, the dust collection duct 22 will move together with the truck 2 while opening the U-shaped end 22d to the wind tunnel section 19 and arranging in a water tank 14. Consequently, the dust produced through driving of a polishing member 3 is discharged through said duct 22 to the wind tunnel section 19 by the sucking force of dust collecting machine, then blown through a barrier board 21 to the water face section 15b while enter into a dust collecting machine 11 and removed.
