PURPOSE:To adjust the winding tension to be substantially constant in a simple structure by disposing a rotatable guide bar and a guide plate between a draw- off roller and a traverse device, and providing a tension adjust member between the guide bar and the guide plate. CONSTITUTION:A guide bar 22 and a guide plate 21 are disposed between a draw-off roller 2 and a traverse device 5. A tension adjust member 31 oscillating substantially horizontally in fixed stroke, interlocking with the traverse motion of the traverse device 5 is disposed between the guide bar 22 and the guide plate 21. The guide bar 22 is rotatably supported on a support shaft 23 coupled to a bobbin holder 26 through a link 28. In this arrangement, though the width of oscillation of the tension adjust member 31 is constant, the reserve length can be obtained corresponding to the roll diameter of a cone 8, so that the winding tension can be adjusted to be substantially constant in a simple structure. |
