This boiler was designed to distil wine containing alcohol into a beverage like whisky. The boiler is made of two tanks. The wine is placed into the inner tank (2), and water is put into the outer tank (7). When the outer tank is heated the pressurized vapor is emitted. The periphery of the inner tank is heated and the wine is distilled. Tanks & other pipes are made from stainless steel to prevent the distilled water from changing color.
