PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to provide other multiplier than one multiplier, to simplify a circuit constitution, and to reduce a manufacturing cost by using a DC output of a moisture meter as a DC power supply voltage of a load cell. CONSTITUTION:A load cell 8 is constituted of a bridge circuit of a resistance, and according to this invention, a DC output V of a moisture meter 9 is used as this DC power supply voltage. In this state, by a multiplier 11, an output of an amplifier 10, namely, (a material weight L between a carrier of a belt conveyor 2 and rollers 6a, 6b) X (a running speed S of the belt conveyor 2) = an instantaneous carrying quantity is calculated, and this result is supplied to an integrator 13 and a material carrying quantity W of some time is obtained from this integrator 13. In this regard, when a rotating speed of a motor 4, namely, a running speed of the belt conveyor 2 is constant, the multiplier 11 can be omitted, by which a circuit constitution is simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
