PURPOSE:To make the diameter of brine transfer tube small by a method wherein the brine is cooled and is circulated by a pump between reservoirs in utilizing zone through a tank in the captioned device utilizing cryogenic refrigerant of base of cold heat source. CONSTITUTION:The brine is cooled in the cold heat source base 1 by cryogenic liquefied natural gas source 2 through a heat exchanger 3, the cooled brine is sent into the liquid reservoir 9a of a brine tank 7 in the cold heat utilizing zone 6 through the transfer tube 5, then, the brine is supplied to the cooler of a cryogenic warehouse by a pump 12 from the liquid reservoir 9a to cool the warehouse. The cooling brine is returned to the heat exchanger 3 of the cold heat source base 1 from the liquid reservoir 9b to circulate it. According to this constitution, the diameter of the tube for transferring the brine may be made small.
