PURPOSE:To drive a link mechanism in a large range to be easily controlled, by constituting the link mechanism from a link part, controlling member and a controlled member to be driven by a means sliding a bearing part to be driven in three directions in a coordinate system of three axes crossing at right angles. CONSTITUTION:A link mechanism, forming a link part 12 to be connected by link members 13-16 in a parallelogram shape, has a controlling member 21 and a controlled member 22. A y-axis actuator 31, being able to slide in three directions in a coordinate system of three axes crossing at right angles, enables a foot part 36, in whatever plane it may be, to be moved reciprocating by a rotary coupler 29. As the result, the link mechanism is driven in a wide range further enabled to be easily controlled. |
