BURNER DEVICE FOR FLAME ANALYSIS

PURPOSE:To permit flame analysis in an atmosphere under the reaction conditions optimum for an intended element by means of a single burner by constituting a titled burner device in such a way that a hydrogen reducing flame can be changed over to a forward flame and backward flame according to the intended element. CONSTITUTION:The burner device for flame analysis is constituted with a cylindrical burner chamber 5 which has an aperture 1 in the upper part and is closed in the lower part and an introducing pipe for a gaseous mixture composed of a sprayed sample and fuel of which the aperture 3 at the top end projects into the chamber 5 from the bottom of the chamber 5. An introducing pipe 8 for a combustion supporting gas of which the aperture 2 is projected into the chamber 5 is provided through the aperture 3. The aperture of an introducing pipe 7 for a stabilizing gas is provided in the lower part of the chamber 5. An introducing pipe 6 for a cooling gas is provided on the outside thereof.
