PURPOSE:To form a transparent electrode having uniform film thickness and film quality by coating the transparent electrode forming liquid contg. an organic metallic comp., an organic binder and solvent on a base plate, irradiating near infrared rays thereon and calcining it at suitable heating rate. CONSTITUTION:The transparent electrode forming liquid contg. an organic metallic comp. such as an unhydrolized organic comp. contg. In and Sn, an organic binder such as nitrocellulose and solvent such as benzyl alcohol and methyl ethyl ketone is coated on a base plate and near infrared rays of about 0.8-2.5mu are irradiated thereon and it is calcined for 0.5-3min heating rate (time till the surface temp. of base plate reaches 500 deg.C from 100 deg.C) at about 400-600 deg.C. By this method, the volatilization of the solvent and the components of organic binder and the thermal decomposition of the organic metallic comp. are simultaneously progressed and a transparent electrode having uniformized film quality and film thickness is obtained. |
