PURPOSE:To reduce the time necessary for coloring reaction and to increase the response speed of coloring by impressing at all times a DC bias voltage between the voltage of a coloring signal and the voltage of a decoloring signal. CONSTITUTION:A basic clock pulse S1 is generated by an oscillator 7. The pulse S1 is inputted to the 1st monostable multivibrator 8 and the 2nd monostable multivibrator 9. The vibrator 8 operates at the rise of the pulse S1 and the vibrator 9 operates at the fall of the pulse S1. Output signals S2, S3 are respectively inputted through voltage regulators 10, 11 to an adder circuit 12. The DC bias voltage 15 from a DC bias voltage generator 13 is also inputted to the circuit 12. The voltage 16 of the coloring signal, the voltage 17 of the decoloring signal and the DC bias voltage 15 are transmitted as a signal S7 to an electrochromic element 14. |
