PURPOSE:To mix >=2 kinds of raw materials homogeneously in a short time by providing >=2 partition plates in parallel with the center of the revolving shaft in a rotary vessel, and extending alternately each end part of the partition plate in the direction of the revolving shaft center. CONSTITUTION:Raw materials M and M' to be mixed are charged from a raw material charge port 3, and a rotary vessel 2 is rotated in the direction R. Consequently, the raw materials M and M' are dropped partially to the left side as shown by the arrow from an opening part on the left side of the partition plate 5A wherein only the right end part is extended. Then since the partition plate 5B wherein only the left end part is extended is positioned below, the raw materials M and M' are dropped to the right side as shown by the arrow, and moved to the right side. The raw materials M and M' are then moved in the circumferential direction. The rotation is continued, and said process is repeated. Accordingly, >=2 kinds of raw materials M and M' are sufficiently mixed. |
