The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hybrid capacitor using a lithium titanium oxide (LTO)/graphene negative electrode which can increase capacity and can improve output properties compared to the existing capacitor by manufacturing LTO/graphene by adding graphene in a negative electrode active material to improve resistance of the LTO, which is the negative electrode active material, while being composed of a positive electrode including a positive electrode active material; a negative electrode including a negative electrode active material; and a capacitor including an electrolyte present between the positive and negative electrodes.
