PURPOSE:To insert the merging result of format data generated by a data processor with card image processing function and card data into a document to be used by a document processor by merging both format data and card data. CONSTITUTION:A document creation indication control part 60 controls the proccessing indication of card image document creation. A card read-in control part 61 is controlled firstly to access a box control part 20, and a card image is generated from information stored in a data storage part 25. Then, the format data is loaded in a format buffer 31, then a card data merging part 62 merges individual card data in a format buffer 31. A transfer control part 63 performs control for transfer to a document writing buffer 64 whose capacity corresponds to one block of contents of card images generated in the buffer 31 by a transfer control part 63 so as to store the card images in a document file, so that the data is processed even by the document processor. |
