A mixer drum(1) for light-weight and high strength is rotatably supported on a frame(2) of concrete mixer-mobile. The mixer drum(1) comprises a front wall(4) with smoothly curved surface, a cone-shaped reinforcing plate(7), a supporting axle(8) which is rotatably mounted on a bearing member (13) for the front wall and the reinforcing plate(7), and a sprocket wheel(9) which is fixed on the front wall(4).
