The present invention relates to an apparatus for supplying a fiber capable of preventing an impact from being applied to the fiber and preventing the fiber from being tangled by uniformly maintaining tension of the fiber and supplying the fiber regardless of operation state of a weaving device. The apparatus for supplying a fiber according to the present invention comprises: a housing; an unwinding unit positioned at one side of the housing, having a bobbin mounted thereon, unwinding a fiber by rotating; multiple fixing rollers provided at an upper side of the housing at regular intervals and fixed and freely rotating; multiple guiding units having a predetermined length and provided in a direction of intersecting with the lower surface of the housing between fixing rollers facing each other; a lifting roller freely rotating by being lifted on the guide unit in accordance with tension applied to the fiber; an elastic member elastically supporting each lifting roller; and a tension maintaining unit maintaining tension by controlling the movement of the unwinding unit. The unwound fiber is supplied to the outside of the housing by converting the movement direction thereof by each of the fixing rollers and the lifting roller.
