PURPOSE:To reduce the current consumption of a power switch circuit without decreasing the operating time by connecting a switching element in parallel with a power control switch inserted between a radio transmitting/receiving section and a power battery and turning on/off the switching element with a control circuit. CONSTITUTION:A contact of a relay 6 is connected in parallel with a power operating switch 5. An output of an AND circuit 10 is used as a drive signal of the relay 6, an output of the 2nd timing circuit 9 is inputted to the radio transmitting/receiving section 3 to turn on/off the output of a transmitter. Since the relay contact is closed by turning on a press switch 2 in this way, the transmission current flows to a power supply operating switch 5 and the relay contact. Moreover, the reception current flows to the power operating switch 5 only at the stand-by state. In other words, a large current at transmission flows to the relay and a minute current at the stand-by and reception flows to the power operating switch 5 such as a toggle switch, then a miniature switch is used for the power switch 5. |
