PURPOSE:To miniaturize a diode and a diode cooling fan by a method wherein a motor having the diode cooling fan is driven by the electric voltage which is generated by the electric voltage drop in the forward direction of the diode which is generated when a PCS is in normally conductive state, or by the electric current which is by-passed by the diode. CONSTITUTION:When a super conductive electric magnet circuit is in a super conductive condition, though an electric voltage will not generate between terminals of the diode 3 and also an electric current will not flow to the diode 3, when the PCS2 in the super conductive electric magnet circuit has resistance by being normal conductive state, an electric voltage will generate at the terminals of the PCS2 due to the forward voltage drop of the diode 3, and the super conductive electric magnet current is shunt to the PCS2 and the diode 3. The motor 4 is rotated by the electric current which is shunted to the diode 3 through the intermediary of a excitation circuit 6, and a fan 5 is driven by said motor 4, and the diode 3 is forcibly cooled. Since the cooling effect is increased by cooling the diode giving the compulsory air flow like this, the diode and the diode cooling fan can be miniaturized to get the necessary rated capacity. |
