PURPOSE:To dispense with a pressure equalizing plate and to prevent the temperature of a member surrounding a combustion chamber from falling and the member from being deformed by heat even when the temperature should be extremely high by a construction wherein an air chamber is formed in a double structure and a number of L-shaped members formed along the stream of air are jointed on the air chamber side of an air injection plate. CONSTITUTION:An air chamber 24 constructed of an air injection plate 22 and a burner case 14 is partitioned by an air-parting plate 27 which is provided with a number of communication ports 26 having a flange portion 25 in the flowing direction of secondary air on the downstream side of a combustion chamber 20, and thereby it is formed to be a double air chamber 24. Moreover, a number of L-shaped members 28 having excellent thermal conductivity are jointed along the flow of the secondary air on the air chamber 24 side of the air injection plate 22. Since the secondary air is injected toward flames in this construction, the flames are short in length and separated from the air injection plate 22, and thereby the amount of heat received from the flames is reduced. The L-shaped members 28 operate not only as radiation fins of the air injection plate 22, but also reinforcement members for preventing thermal deformation. |
