PURPOSE:To attain ease of control of an output level of an oscillating circuit by connecting a varactor element whose capacitance value is controlled electrically between a base and an emitter of a transistor (TR). CONSTITUTION:The varactor element comprising a series circuit consisting of, for example, a capacitive element 14 and a varactor element 13 is connected between the base and emitter of the TR2 being an oscillating means having the common base TR2. A bias voltage is fed from a terminal 15 to a connecting point between the varactor element 13 and the capacitive element 14 via a high frequency blocking coil 16. The capacitive value between the base and emitter is changed by the bias value. The high frequency leakage amount is changed through the change in the capacitance value and then the output of the oscillating circuit is changed. |
