PURPOSE:To preclude inflow of lubricating oil, contained discharging refrigerant, into a refrigerant circuit by a method wherein the inserting section of a refrigerant discharging pipe, penetrated through and inserted into an enclosed casing, is bent so that the tip end opening thereof is not opposed to the refrigerant discharging port of a compression mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The lubricating oil 5 is sucked up by an oil feeding spring 9a, is flowed into the compression mechansim 4 while a part of it is discharged into the enclosed casing 2 through a regriferant discharging port 6a' together with refrigerant gas. However, the inserting section 7a' of the refrigerant discharging pipe 7 is formed into L-shaped and the tip end opening 7b' thereof is directed downward, therefore, splash of the lubricating oil 5, contained in the discharging refrigerant, or oil mist will never flows into the refrigerant discharging pipe 7 and outflow of the lubricating oil into the refrigerant circuit may be prevented. On the other hand, the inserting section 7a' of the refrigerant discharging pipe 7 is provided, therefore, the lubricating oil 5, adhered to the inside of the enclosed casing 2, may be prevented from being induced by the flow of refrigerant and flowed into the pipe 7, thus, inflow of lubricating oil into a compression vessel may be precluded.
