PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a sheet-like material such as a memorandum sheet to simply be held by insertion at a necessary place with a sheet-like material insertion holder, and to enable a sheet-like material to easily be stored by insertion by setting the insertion holder on a planar outer peripheral surface or the outer peripheral surface of the bottomed cylindrical or box type body.SOLUTION: A sheet-like insertion holder comprises: a holder fitting plate 1 equipped with fitting means T for fitting a sheet-like insertion holder at a point to fit the same; and a sheet-like material insertion holding member 20 or 200 equipped, at the top of a resilient slender flat plate, with an insertion guide part 2a keeping contact with the holder fitting plate and guiding a sheet-like material to facilitate insertion. The sheet-like insertion holder anchors the bottom of the sheet-like material insertion holding member with the bottom of the holder fitting plate via a stop member 3 to hold the sheet-like material by insertion under a pressing resilient force of the sheet-like material insertion holding member the pressing fulcrum of which is the anchorage part.
