PURPOSE:To enable a car passenger to watch a scenery outside a bay from a running car, by a method wherein through-holes, extending obliquely toward the front in the running direction of a car, are provided at proper intervals in a breakwater built along a bay coast road. CONSTITUTION:Through-holes 8, extending obliquely toward the front in a running direction of a running car 5 or a marching direction of a pedestrian, are formed longitudinally at proper intervals in a breakwater 1 built along a bay coast road 3. This enables a car passenger 6 to watch a scenery outside a bay through the through-holes 8 during running of a car 5 on a bay coast road 3, and this, even if the waves dash against the breakwater 1, prevents the waves from being scattered over the bay coast road 3. With regard to a passenger in an opposing car, the through-holes 8 are formed in 2 stages, and the through- holes in the one stage are extended obliquely in a reverse direction to allow them to watch the scenery. |
