PURPOSE: A frame of an information signboard and a notice board is provided to improve the convenience of repair and replacement works by configuring one surface of the frame with a removable surface. CONSTITUTION: A frame(10) is installed at outer side. An outer panel(20) has one side which is removable. An inner panel(30) is comprised of a light emitting apparatus holder(38) that is removable in a slide manner. The light emitting apparatus holder(38) is coupled to an inner of the inner panel(30) to stably hold a light emitting apparatus. A stabilizer fixing unit(40) is inserted into an upper portion of the inner panel(30) so that inserting of a stabilizer is possible. A waveguide panel(50), a display panel(60), and a front cover(70) are removable from the stabilizer fixing unit(40).
