PURPOSE:To reduce the calory of a gas to a small value so as to lower the ignition sound and fire setting sound of the heat-cooking apparatus by exciting a fire controller and a solenoid coil before starting ignition. CONSTITUTION:Upon ignition and fire setting, since a solenoid coil moves to a position (b) of a seat 48 by a signal from a microcomputer, the gas has a low pressure, and it is possible to lowly suppress the fire setting sound. Therefore, even one electromagnetic valve can control the cooking. When the fire setting is completed, a flame rod senses it to turn off a switch. Hence, if it is assumed that the temperature of the interior of an oven is set at 300 deg.C of a slide volumeter on an display plate, a spring 47 at the connecting portion of a governor 44 is compressed. Further, a rod 50 of the governor 44 compresses a governor spring 51 so that the gas pressure becomes higher than the reference upon this occasion, the spring 51 contracts to reduce the gas flow quantity. Upon repeating burning and extinguishing of the burner, since fire force can be set at a low gas pressure by the action of a solenoid coil, the fire setting sound can be suppressed to a low value. |
