CORROSION PROTECTION-COVERED STEEL SHEET PILE WITH SEALING LAYER

PURPOSE:To improve corrosion resistant property, by a method wherein a corrosionproof covering layer, formed with a plastic layer and an adhesive layer, is formed on the one surface of a steel sheet pile, and a beltlike sealing layer is firmly adhered to the edge of the covering layer and the outside of the steel sheet pile. CONSTITUTION:A crosslinked plastic layer 6 is formed on the inner surface of a steel sheet pile 2 through the medium of a heating adherent adhesive layer 7 to form a corrosionproof covering layer 5. A sealing material is firmly adhered in a beltlike manner to both the surface of the steel sheet pile 2 at the outside of the corrosionproof covering layer 5 along the edge of the corrosionproof covering layer 5 of the steel pile 2 and the edge of the corrosionproof covering layer 5 to form a sealing layer 8.
