PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition giving a coating film free from crater and sagging, by compounding a condensation product of an OH-containing polymer and an amino resin with fine powder of a polymer at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be prepared by compounding (A) 100pts.wt. of a condensation product produced by the reaction of 90-30pts. of an OH-containing polymer with 10-70pts. of an amino resin (preferably methyl- etherified melamine) with (B) 0.1-100pts. of fine powder of a polymer (which is not an aqueous dispersion) obtained preferably by the aqueous emulsion polymerization or aqueous suspension polymerization process, having essentially no swelling property in solvents, and containing a segment soluble in an aliphatic and/or alicyclic hydrocarbon solvent and a segment insoluble in the above solvent. USE:Common baking paint for electrical appliance, enamel paint for automobile, metallic base paint, clear paint, etc.
