PURPOSE:To exactly remove out flash from a rubber product by a method in which a refrigerant is blown onto a rubber product attached to a tool and being turned and the flash in frozen state are broken by materials projected by the rotary blades. CONSTITUTION:A rubber product 30 is attached to the set portion 11c of a rotary tool 11 attached to the fitting base 10c of a feeder 10. The setting portion 11c is moved along the opening 3a of a low-temperature tank 3 by means of a chain 10b and positioned in a processor 4. The setting portion 11c is then turned by a motor 13a with engagement of the gear 13c of the driver 13 with the gear 11d of the rotary tool 11. Liquefied CO2 is jetted from a nozzle 4a to refrigerate the flash of the rubber product 30, and the temperature is detected by a sensor 4b. When the screw 6c of a supplyer 6 and the rotary blades 7a of a projector 7 are turned, the flash can be completely broken by projection materials from a hopper 6a. The flash removal of the rubber product can be completely attained in a short time. |
