PURPOSE:To easily scrape down strong burr from a wall without damaging it, by using a brush material to restrain the freedom of flection of steel wires which are for removing the burr. CONSTITUTION:A metal member 30, to which a strong brush material 3 is tightly fitted, is wound on a core shaft 2. Steel wires 4 highly effective for burr removal are disposed on the core shaft 2 so that the steel wires 4 tightly enter into the brush material 3 when the steel wires are partly moved away from the core shaft 2. For that reason, the freedom of flection of the steel wires 4 is restrained by the brush material 3. A grinding tool for burr removal is thus constructed. When the rotating grinding tool is brought into contact with the inside surface of a large hole, even strong burr on the inside surface can be easily scraped down by the steel wires 4. Both the ends of the steel wires 4 are bundled and secured on the core shaft 2 by a fixing metal 1 and a fixing tube 13.
