PURPOSE:To attenuate the reverberation caused by a case, etc., and to make a detection unable range in a short distance smaller by absorbing the reverberatory vibration of sides of the case with the aid of elastic materials. CONSTITUTION:Piezoelectric ceramic vibrators 2 are stuck together on the inner bottom of a truncated cylindrical case 1 having one opened side. A terminal plate 5 penetrated and fixed by terminals 4 and 4' is fixed by a side part 1b at the bottom side and a side part 1a at the opened side of the case 1 at its opened edge through elastic materials 10 such as silicone rubber, etc. The terminal 4 is connected to an electrode surface of the vibrator 2 by a lead wire 8, while the terminal 4' is connected to the case 1 by a lead wire 8'. As a result, the elastic material 10 absorbs the reverberatory vibration of the sides 1a and 1b of the case 1. |
